Belford Hoarding Dogs

ByLindsay Kibler | In Adoptable Dogs

***DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING RESPONSE WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING SURVEYS FOR THESE DOGS***

These are the dogs currently available from the hoarding case in Belford!

Many of them are adults who grew up in horrible conditions and will need specific homes to help them blossom into the dogs they were always meant to be. We do not have a history with any of these dogs with children and will use caution placing them with families with kids under 10+. These dogs are not a fit for first time owners because they have had very limited contact with humans, as well as experiences outside of the home environment. As a result, they may tend to fear or avoid unfamiliar people, objects, sounds and real-life situations. House training and leash walking may also be challenging. Patience will be crucial. They will need plenty of time to adjust to their new surroundings and family

If you feel you are an appropriate match and see a dog you are interested in, please EMAIL us your survey to [email protected] We will be scheduling appointments on a first come first serve basis for you to to come in and see all the dogs that are available at the time of your appointment. Thank you so much for your support and interest in adopting!
